Milling Wheat

The Farm grows Bio-Dynamic milling wheat. A variety called Hereward is used which has always produced good quality grain from the soils on the Farm. 

The Farms Bio-Dynamic whole grain milling wheat can be supplied either in small amounts for home milling, or in larger quantities for commercial millers.

Flour

The Milling wheat is stone ground on the farm with our own mill into a dark plain flour and a lighter plain flour. We use an old "Huby" mill, which is a very slow speed mill and therefore will not heat the grain as it passes through.

Our two types of Bio-Dynamic flour are available in either 1.5kg, 12.5kg or 25kg bags.
